The CLCF team has led the development and execution of billions of dollars in capital and commercial projects in the Utility Power Product, Petrochemical, Natural Gas Transport and other industries for organizations that include TransAlta, TC Energy, Nova Chemicals Corp., Alliance Pipeline, Niska Gas Storage and others.
The ECF team has developed 500MW of renewables throughout North America and $3B+ in Western Canadian energy projects. The team has also developed first of its kind green h2 production and refueling infrastructure in Europe throughout their careers. ECF brings to the partnership significant development, financial, and project delivery experience throughout North America.

Previously, he has served as Co-Head of Fusion Fuel (Nasdaq: HTOO) and Co-President of Fusion Fuel USA which is a hydrogen electrolysis technology company based in Portugal. Prior to Fusion Fuel, Zach served as CEO and Vice-Chairman of Cedar LNG. Prior to that he founded and was CEO of Pacific Traverse Energy. He began his career developing renewable energy projects as founder of Enova Energy Group in 2009.
Bob BlattlerLinked In Logo Bob Blattler Director/CEO Bob has 40 years’ experience in the petrochemical and natural gas transmission sectors in commercial, project management and operations roles. Darin has served as the CFO of several companies, including PureWeb Inc, Terado Gas Storage (recently acquired by Altagas, TSE: ALA), and Niska Gas Storage (NYSE: NKA), acquired by Brookfield’s Infrastructure fund.
